George Myles Scott age 63 of Sackville, NB, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Moncton Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Born in Sackville, NB, he was a son of the late John (Jack) and Anna (Estabrooks) Scott.
George was a hard and dedicated worker and was employed at Mount Allison University as a cook with Aramark Canada Ltd. For 40 years.
In his spare time he enjoyed cooking and watching his favorite television shows.
He leaves behind to mourn his children, Tanya (Dale) MacGregor, Moncton, NB, Tina Scott, Amherst, George (Kim), St. John, NB, and Crystal Scott, Calgary, AB; brothers, Jim (Diane), Amherst, Edgar, Miramichi, NB, Brian, Brantford, ON and Cecil, Springhill; sisters, Barb Scott, Amherst and Kathy Scott, Oshawa, ON; as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
Besides his parents, George was predeceased by his brother, Jack; and sister, Lillian Scott.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Following cremation, George will be laid to rest in the Amherst Cemetery.
