CLAIR, MARY ELLEN - (1934-2011) - ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Mary Ellen Clair 76, of Elsipogtog passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, St. Anne de Kent on June 11th, 2011. Born in Elsipogtog, she was the daughter of the late Noel Clement and Lucy Francis. Mary Ellen will be sadly missed by her children; Gary Clare, Diane Simon, Wayne (Karen) Anthony, Ronnie, Gertrude (Halifax), Jacqueline, Calvin, Irene, Sue Ann, and Sue Ellen, by her 34 grandchildren, by several great grandchildren, by her brother; Alfred Clement, by her sister in law; Helen Clair, as well as by several nieces and nephews. Other than by her parents, Mary Ellen is predeceased by her husband; Louis Clair (1932), four children; Mary Mildred Clement, Hubert Clair, Clara Clair, and Joe, and by her siblings; Eunice Sock, Mildred Sanipass, Mable Simon, Christine Augustine, Mary Copage, Mary Ok, Thomas Clement, Stephen Clement, and Edmond Clement.
Resting at her home on West Main Street, Elsipogtog beginning on Monday, June 13th, 2011 at 2:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 15th, 2011 at 10:30 am, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
