JOERGENSEN, Brenda Ann (nee Macdonald) - Passed away after a short illness on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at North York General Hospital, Toronto, ON at the age of 61. Beloved partner and friend of Wayne Gilbert. Dear mother of Andrew Joergensen. Cherished daughter in law of Maria Joergensen. Loving sister of Ian Macdonald (Elaine) Yarmouth, N.S., Jeanne Doucette (Warren) Wedgeport, N.S., Kathryn Jupp (William), Ottawa and Sharon Fraser, Yarmouth, N.S. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Brenda was very active in life. While still enjoying her work at RAB Properties Inc., she still found plenty of time to play tennis, golf and travel. The family would like to express thanks to the medical staff of North York General Hospital, I.C.U., for their kindness and compassion. Friends called on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Memorial Mass was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at St. Margaret Queen of Scotland R. C. Church (222 Ridley Blvd).
