Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Saturday, September 5, 2009, of Mrs. Jean Scott (nee Frizzell) age 92 years, Cornwall. Beloved wife of Herbert for 69 years and dear mother of Merrill (Barbara), Carl (Lorna), Clark (Marlene) and Edwin (Janice). Also survived by 17 loving grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren and her son-in-law, Charles MacKinnon. Jean was the last surviving member of her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Elizabeth (Morrow) Frizzell; daughter, Barbara MacKinnon; sisters, Edna (Walter) Miller, Olive (Tom) MacKinnon and Pearl (Peter) Scott; brothers, Elmer (Violet) and Harrison (Olive); grandson, Brian MacKinnon. Resting at the Cutcliffe Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
