The death occurred on Sunday, June 12, 2011 of Annette Koughan of Staten Island, New York.
Beloved wife of Henry Koughan, formerly of Donagh Road, P.E.I. Annette is survived by brothers-in-law, Lorne Koughan (Mary) and Joe Koughan (Elaine) and sisters-in-law, Mary Holland and Anita and Catherine Koughan, all of P.E.I.
Interment will take place in Staten Island, New York.
