It is with great sadness that the family of the late Henley “Nip” Noel announce his passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Care Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on June 7th, 2011 at the age of 74. Henley was a member of Holy Trinity Church and the Masonic Lodge. He retired from Abitibi. Predeceased by his parents, Henley and Gerty Noel and brother Robert, he leaves with fond and loving memories his loving wife Jean; sons: David (Nancy) of Grand Falls-Windsor; Peter (Lori) of Grand Falls-Windsor; and daughter Pamela (Paul) Pelley of Grand Falls-Windsor. Henley also leaves to mourn his grandchildren: Adam Pelley, Aaron Pelley, Bradley Noel, Rebecca Noel, Erika Noel, Ryan Noel; brothers: Ed, Gordon (Margaret); sisters: Ethel Thorne, Jeanette Krischke, and Lorraine (Wilson) Noble. Rev. Randy Lockyer conducted the funeral service at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, June 10th at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at the Interfaith Cemetery. Pallbearers were all members of Masonic Lodge Northcliffe #1086 A.F. & A.M. S.C.: Robert Cater Sr P.M.; George Piercey P.M.; Gary Burgess P.M.; Ken Miller P.M.; Verdon Young P.M.; and Ross Granter R.W.M.
