BENMORE, Hilda Jane (Parmenter) — Passed peacefully away on Friday, November 14th, 2008 at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, Hilda Jane, age 94 years. Predeceased by her husband William P. (April 2004), son Cyril (February 1998), and niece Joan Francis (2008). Leaving to mourn daughters Yvonne, Lorraine (Gordon Fillier), Shirley (Charlie Smith); son Fred (Marg O’Leary), daughter-in-law Dianne Benmore, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Mary Parmenter, also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday, November 15th, 2008 from 7 - 9 p.m., on Sunday, November 16th, 2008 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. Funeral service to take place from Barrett’s Chapel on Monday, November 17th, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
