September 21, 1947 - June 14, 2011

It is with deep sadness that I report the loss of my husband, best friend & companion of 34 years, after a long and valiant battle with cancer.

Bob was born in Winnipeg, raised in Vancouver and has been a resident of the Kamloops/Chase area since 1975. He passed away in the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice on June 14, 2011.

He will be deeply missed by his wife Diane, his two daughters and four grandchildren, Jennifer (Soleil & Kaleb) in Australia, Cathy (Rishi & Leela) in Roberts Creek, B.C. Also left to mourn his passing are his mother Gwen, brother Ross, sisters Theresa (Pat Roe), Margaret (Bruce) Stewart and Helen Schaefers.

He was predeceased by his father John and his in-laws Albert & Jean Davison with whom he had a special relationship.

Bob was a kind, compassionate man who had a great sense of humor, was a great cook and made awesome wine.

Cremation. No service by request.

To those of you who knew him, please toast his memory with a glass of your favorite beverage.
