HUNTER, JUNE - It is with sadness that we announce the death of June Doreen Hunter (Norton) which occurred at St. Mary’s Hospital, Montreal on May 26, 2011. She was born September 26, 1924 and was the daughter of the Late Charles and Marion Norton of Moncton. June is survived by her husband David (59 years). She was an active member of Dorval-Strathmore United Church. June was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for 63 years, was active in Square Dancing, St. Andrew’s Society, Scottish Country Dancing and Golf.
The funeral service was held June 9, 2011 with burial in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens Moncton at a later date.
