Peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Saturday, June 18, 2011, of Leo Patrick Peters, aged 79 years of Lennox Island. Leo was born August 22, 1931, and was the son of the late Sylvain and Nancy (nee Paul) Peters, Lennox Island. He is survived by his brother Frank Joe (Geraldine), niece Nancy (Sean), nephews Francis and Ronnie (Maragret), and many cousins.
Predeceased by his brothers Abram, Stanley and Ronnie, two sisters (infancy), niece Nancy Ann Farrel-Peters and an infant nephew.
Forwarded from Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel to the home of Joe and Marlene Thomas, 46 Hawkeye Path, Lennox Island, for visitation from Sunday evening until Wednesday morning, then to St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Lennox Island, for funeral mass at 11 a.m.
Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
