Born August 29, 1915 at Moores Mills, NB, daughter of the late Barton Carlyle and Alice Adelaide (Dickerson) Brown. Survived by sons, Stirling of Ontario, Lester (Carol) of Yarmouth, NS, Lynn (Sherrille) of Kingston, NB, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Donna Brown of Tower Hill, NB, many nieces and nephews. Florence was a member of the Knox United Church. She was a retired school teacher and an active member of the Women's Institute.
Resting at The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. St Stephen, NB from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 2 PM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Interment in Moores Mills Cemetery, Moores Mills, NB.
