WHEATON, HELENA - Helena Wheaton, 89, of The Glades, passed away at her home on Monday, June 20, 2011. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, she was a daughter of the late Vasil and Bronia (nee Lewondawska) Belski. Helena retired from working at the Jordan Lifecare Center; she is a member of The Glades Baptist Church. Helena is survived by her daughter, Barbara McKelvey (Peter) of Saint John; her son, Robert Wheaton (Heather) of The Glades; her grandchildren: Hannah Wheaton of Moncton, Rebecca Krebs-Wheaton (Christoph) of Bern, Switzerland, Fenwick McKelvey of Toronto, and John McKelvey of Saint John; as well as by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Helena was predeceased by her husband, Robert Wheaton; and her sister, Asa Belska.
