At Western Hospital, Alberton on Tuesday June 21, 2011, of Wayne Joseph Griffin, Bloomfield, aged 71 years. Born in Dock, PE, Wayne was the son of the late Elmer and Georgina (nee O'Meara) Griffin. Survived by his cherished caregiver Theresa Arsenault (Dale Smallman), and her extended family, Wayne Oulton, Lisa Arsenault, Joyce Reeves and Michael Hagan, cousins Marjorie and Pat. Brother of Frances Dykens and Howard (Olive) Griffin, both of Florida. Predeceased by parents, brothers Lyle, Adrian and Myles. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary with visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 9-10:15 a.m., then to St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church, Burton, Lot 7 for funeral mass at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. In Wayne's memory, donations to the Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
