Canning, NS. Gladstone LeDrew passed away after a short battle with cancer on June 22, 2011 at the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, NS with his family at his side. He leaves to mourn his wife Helen; daughter Nicole (Eugene Thomas), granddaughter Kendra; daughter Terri (Bruce Bennett), grandson Zachary and granddaughters Kristen and Emilie; son-Doug Gover (Pauline), granddaughter Jennifer and grandson Joshua. He also leaves to mourn his mother Myrtle (George Hoddinott); brothers: Nelson (Betty), Austin (Madeline), Ralph (Joan), Derek (Chris); sisters: Betty Lou (Louis Russell), Kathy (Max Vatcher), and Jacqueline (Shawn Rimmer). He was predeceased by his father Otto and brothers Guy and Tommy, mother-in-law Alice Ash, grandmother Winnie Soper, brothers-in-law Elwin (Marg), Rick (Alison) and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral services will take place on June 26, 2011 at Glad Tidings Pentecostal Tabernacle, Embree, NL.
