NORTHRUP, ROBERT - Mr. Robert Albert Northrup of Apohaqui, passed away on June 27, 2011 at the age of 74. He was the son of the late Ronald and Dorothy (Belding Tracy) Northrup. Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his daughter, Michelle DesRoches (Brian) of Kinkora, PE; his grandson, Zackery; his stepmother, Nora Northrup of Plaster Rock; his brother, Richard of Michigan, USA; his sisters: Karen Green (Robert) of Plaster Rock and Marjorie Corcoran (Ben) of Salisbury; his brothers-in-law: Ronald O'Donnell (Kathy) of Musquash and Nelson Keirstead of Millstream; his special friend, Stephen Jewis of Saint John; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Gary (Spanky) and his infant brother, Murray and by his sisters-in-law: Marjorie Keirstead, Irene Myers and Lori Northrup.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Thursday 1 to 3, 6 to 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier RC Church on Friday, July 1, 2011 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at St. Phillips RC Church Cemetery.
