Passed suddenly away on June 24, 2011 at the Central NL Regional Health Care Centre, Daisy Wilhelmina Mitchell (Noble) of Bishop's Falls, in her 90th year. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert of 33 years; parents, George and Elizabeth Noble; brother, Herman; sisters Winnie Spencer and Vivian Fry. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her son, Robert; daughters, Barbara (Earl) Bourque, Linda (William) White, Marilyn, and Lorna (Keith) Berkshire. Also leaving to mourn are her seven grandchildren, Sheri (Brent) Dillon, Suzanne Bourque, Shelley (Greg) Woolfrey, Stephen (Jennifer) White, Allison (Jason) Eagles, Jonathan (Melissa) Berkshire, Catherine (Brian) Stockley; seven great-grandchildren, Ariel and Logan Dillon, Jordan and Alexander Woolfrey, Adrienne and Kira Eagles, Jackson Stockley; sister Joyce Wells and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Majors Wycliffe and Shirley Reid will conduct funeral services at The Salvation Army Citadel, Bishop's Falls on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 with interment at the Salvation Army cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Homes, Bishop's Falls. Pallbearers are nephews Elvis Noble, Jim Fancey, Rayfield Wells, Freeman Fry, Lindy Fry and close friend Herb Prowse.
