ORAM, WILLIAM - The family of William E. Oram, age 85 years, of Legion Manor, Thunder Bay, ON., announces with great sadness that William (Bill) passed away peacefully on Monday, June 27, 2011 in St. Josephs’ Hospice after a lengthy illness, with his wife Pat at his side.
