Passed peacefully away at the Glenbrook Lodge on September 14, 2009 in the presence of her loving family, Barbara Chalker, aged 77 years. Predeceased by her husband Eric Chalker, son Nelson, father Albert, mother Barbara and numerous brothers and sisters. Left to mourn are children: Derrick (Sol), Elizabeth Clouter (Brian), Dorothy Guite (Guy), Philip (Jennifer); daughter-in-law Bernadette; grandchildren: Greg, Geoff, Evan, Ashley, Leigh, Aaron, Devon, Erin, Eric, Sophie; great-grandchild Kirsten; sisters: Gwen Pittman (James), Olive Herridge (James); brothers: David Noseworthy (Florence), Harold Noseworthy (Joan), William Noseworthy (Mary), Wayne Noseworthy (Glennys) and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family wishes to extend gratitude to each and every staff member at the Glenbrook Lodge. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, Wednesday and Thursday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service to take place Friday, September 18, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from the Anglican Cathedral.
