Gordon T. Hiltz son of Vincent and Nola Hiltz was born in Harmony, N.S. March 8, 1945. He went on to be with his Lord July 4, 2011, following a sudden and unexpected failure in health. Today we rejoice in the knowledge that he is forever at home with the Saviour he faithfully served for 66 years in his family, his church and his community. On September 2nd, 1967 he was married to Linda Carver who survives. They faithfully kept the relationship, which the Lord had entrusted to them for over 43 years. Surviving along with his wife Linda are his children: Michael (Karen), Monnette (Keith), Matthew, Andrew (Natasha), Joshua (Melanie), grandchildren: Grayson, Courtney, Emma, Seth, Ellie, Jenna, Janaya, Madeline, Gabrielle, Andie Jacqueline. Siblings: Barbara Cummings (Robert King), Bernice (Fred) Clarke, Lawrence (Linda) Hiltz, brother-in-law David Lusby. He was predeceased by his parents, and sister Betty Lusby and brother-in-law Keith Cummings. He will be greatly missed. Visitation was Friday, July 8th from 6-8 pm and the Celebration of Life service was Saturday, July 9th at 11am. Both at the Hebron Baptist Church.
