April 11, 1921 – July 11, 2011. Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, July 11, 2011, Ralph Williams of New Harbour, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Annie, daughter Adelene, son, Baxter; parents: Frederick and Mary Ann Williams, brothers: Joseph, Earnest, James, Frederick ; sisters: Mildred, Sarah Bell and Mary Emma, parents-in law, Frederick and Julia George. Leaving to mourn and celebrate his life with thanksgiving are his children: Clyde (Ruby), daughter, Gladys (Gordon) Piercey, daughter-in-law, Phyllis, seven grandchildren: Craig (Tracy), Darlene (Aubrey), Brenda (Rob), Nancy (Tony), Kelly (Ted), Eddie (Crystal), Trudy (Paul), eight great-grandchildren: Brittany, Stacey, Megan, Hannah, Bailey, Tyler, Dillon and Heidi. He is also lovingly remembered by a large number of nephews, nieces, other relatives and a countless circle of friends. Ralph was a faithful member of the Salvation Army Men’s Fellowship TBS Corps, a lifelong member of the SUF and an active volunteer in community outreach through his church. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Resting at Warren’s Funeral Home, Dildo on Tuesday, July 12th, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 13th, 10:00 am-10:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14th, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. The funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel TBS Corps on Thursday, July 14 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers,
donations in his memory may be made to The Salvation Army TBS Corps.
