The memorial service for Frank V. Currie will be held at Belvedere Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. A private family interment will follow the service. A reception will be held at Belvedere Funeral Home immediately following the interment at which time the family will greet other family members and friends. Frank is survived by his wife Dorothy (Dewar) and four children: Ronald, Robert, Gail and Frank Jr. (Kim). He is lovingly remembered by his six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, his brother David Currie (Myrna) "Currie Shoe Repair", by his sister-in-law Judith Clow, Rose Valley, and by numerous nieces and nephews. Frank was the third eldest child of the late Vernon and Jane (MacKenzie) Currie. He is predeceased by his sisters Betty, Donna and Pauline. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
