MURCHISON, GEORGIA ELIZABETH - The death of Georgia Murchison occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. She was born on April 12, 1922 in Saint John to the late Elijah and Pearl (Bannister) Murchison. Georgina practiced nursing in Canada and the US. She was a member of Trinity Anglican Church. Georgia is survived by her brother, David (Dorothy) of Saint John; sister, Shirley Shaw of Saint John; three nieces; two nephews and several grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Robert; sister, Marilyn Murray and nephew David Murray.
Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 7 to 9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 11 AM. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
