Tyrell Stephen John Sylliboy-Paul, one-year old, of 80 George St., Eskasoni,, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2009, at the IWK Hospital, Halifax, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Halifax, he was the son of Stephen John Sylliboy and Norma Jane Paul of Eskasoni.
He was a member of Holy Family parish, Eskasoni. Tyrell was a typical happy fun-loving boy who eagerly awaited his next adventure.
He is survived by his sister, Shayla Jane Paul; two brothers, Stephen Michael ‘Ekkian’ Sylliboy, Dylan Morgan Michael Paul; all at home; also by his paternal grandparents, Stephen John Sr. and Margaret (Poulette) Sylliboy, Eskasoni and his maternal grandparents, Michael and Elizabeth (Poulette) Paul, Eskasoni; a great-grandmother, Sarah Mae Doucette, Eskasoni; and by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and godparents, Dustin and Elaine.
He was predeceased by a sister, Kayla in 1999 and aunt, Noreen and an uncle, Daniel Stephen.
Visitation will take place at the family residence, 80 George St., Eskasoni after 7 p.m. Saturday. A funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, Sept. 28 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church with Rev. Martin MacDougall officiating. Interment in the parish cemetery.
