KELLOWAY, Mabel - Passed peacefully away at the Interfaith Citizen’s Home, Carbonear on Monday, November 24, 2008, Mabel Kelloway of Perry’s Cove, age 94 years. Predeceased by husband James; daughters: Patsy and Emma; son Herbert; granddaughter Dorothy Parsons; grandson Rodney Kelloway; four sisters: Emma Crocker, Elexey Clarke, Hannah Jane Reid and Mary Patience Butler. Leaving to mourn two daughters: Darlene (John) Kelloway and Glenys (Robert) Wareham, both of Salmon Cove; two sons: Peter (Elsie), Cambridge, ON and George R. (Margaret), Adam’s Cove; twenty-four grandchildren and spouses; fifty-one great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Joyce Kelloway, Toronto, ON; brother-in-law Herman (Jessie) King, Victoria; two special nephews: Clarence (Florence) Butler, Northern Bay and David Crocker, Long Island, NY; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL’S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR after 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 26. Funeral service on Friday, November 28 at 2 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Perry’s Cove.
