Paisiblement au CHUS-Hôpital Fleurimont de Sherbrooke, à l’âge de 94 ans, nous avons dû dire au revoir à Mme Gladys Willey. Gladys est née le 28 mars 1928, fille de feu Cora (Burbank) et de feu Tom Askew. En 1944, elle épousa Edward (Albert) Willey décédé en 1981, et eu un petit-fils feu Trevor Cote. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Lorraine Côté (feu Eugene «Gene» Cote) de Bolton Centre et Juanita Willey (feu Douglas
Wighton) de Mansonville. Gladys a accueilli avec bonheur ses petits-
enfants : Kimberley (Cote) et Tara (Graves-Jersey), ses arrière-petits-enfants qui lui ont apporté encore plus de joie : Brittany et Michael
McCarthy, Savannah et Amelya Jersey, ses quatre arrière-arrière-petits-
enfants pour combler le tout : Camden et Aubree McCarthy, Owen Choinière, Lilian McCarthy et le numéro cinq est attendu l’année prochaine. Elle laisse également dans le deuil sa belle-soeur Rita, plusieurs nièces et
neveux, cousins et ses amis. Gladys a vécu une vie pleine et heureuse et nous manquera beaucoup. Gladys était la doyenne et ancienne résidente de Bolton Est. Merci au Manoir Lac Brome et Barbara Burbank qui était toujours là. Au lieu de fleurs, la famille souhaiterait des dons au Manoir

Peacefully on October 10, 2022, at the CHUS-Fleurimont Hospital in Sherbrooke we had to say goodbye to Gladys Willey. She was 94 years old. On March 28, 1928 Gladys was born to Cora (Burbank) and Tom Askew.
In 1944 she married Edward (Albert )Willey. Gladys was predeceased by both parents, her husband and one grandchild, Trevor Cote. She leaves to mourn her children , Lorraine Cote (late Eugene "Gene" Cote) of Bolton
Centre and Juanita Willey (late Douglas Wighton) of Mansonville. Gladys nwelcomed the birth of her grandchildren Kimberley (Cote) and Tara
(Graves-Jersey), her great-grandchildren brought more joy- Brittany
and Michael McCarthy, Savannah and Amelya Jersey, her four great-
great-grandchildren followed-Camden and Aubree McCarthy, Owen
Choinière, Lilian McCarthy and number five is expected next year.
She also leaves to mourn her sister-in-law Rita, many nieces et nephews, cousins and friends. Gladys lived a full and happy life and will be greatly missed. Gladys was a former and oldest resident of Bolton Est. Our thanks to the Manoir Lac Brome and Barbara Burbank who was always there.
