Passed away on September 22, 2009 at the Etobicoke General Hospital after a short battle with cancer, Jim Simmonds, at the age of 71. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine (Toots) of 48 years; daughter, Judy (Kevin) Sellars; sons: Edward and Roy; three grandchildren; brothers: Guy (Patricia) and Ken; sister-in-law, Jean (Robert) Young. He is predeceased by his parents, James and Muriel Simmonds; parents-in-law, Kenneth and Rose Drover. Cremation has taken place.
