Passed suddenly but peacefully away at his residence on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in his 89th year. Predeceased by parents William and Gladys Day and brother Harold. Deeply missed by wife Margaret; son Bill (Kathy Hood); daughters: Coleen (Bill Parrott) and Denise (David Holland); beloved granddaughters Alison (Steve Butler), Amelia and friend Conrad Tulk, and Colette Parrott; one great-granddaughter Norah Butler; sisters Gertrude (Doug Furneaux) and Lorraine; brothers Ralph (Millicent Crowley) and Melville (Margaret Dawe). Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Sunday, July 31 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Barrett's Chapel on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Frank's memory to Wesley United Church or to a charity of one’s Choice.
