Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home on Sunday, July 31, 2011, of David L. Cook of Marshfield, age 51 years.
Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Wood). Dear father of April and Amy. Son of Edwin and Hazel Cook. Brother of Murray (Vicki), Gayelene (Reg) Angus, Derek (Beverley), and Jeff (Pam). Son-in-law of Wallace and Doris Wood and brother-in-law of Marilyn (Leo) MacDonald, Gordon, Carol (Laurier) Fecteau, Janice, and Bruce (Katherine) Wood. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Thursday from Park Royal United Church at 11 a.m. Interment in Sherwood Cemetery.
