(April 22, 1953) — Passed away peacefully July 30, 2011. Hilda is predeceased by her parents Edward and Audrey Dunne. She will be greatly missed by her sister Audrey Dunne; brothers: Tom (Darlene) and Edward; niece Pamela De Los Santos; cousin, Hilda Pollard-Milley and special friend Sharron Forristall; as well as relatives and dear friends. Hilda has left her mark on the hearts of her family and friends and they will remember the many laughs and good times they shared. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Thursday the 4th of August from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Pius X Church, Smithville Crescent on Friday, August 5th, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the R.C. cemetery, Bell Island. In lieu of flowers, donations in Hilda’s memory may be made to the SPCA. A special heart filled thank you to the nursing staff at the Miller Centre.
