Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Saturday, July 30th, 2011. Mary Fowler, age 80 years. Predeceased by her husband James (1992). Leaving to mourn her passing four sons: Roderick (Anne), William, Randolph and Mark (Kim); one sister: Betty (husband Gerard Penney). Also sadly missed by a large circle of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, very close friends Alice Kenney and Margaret Frampton. A special thank you to Dr. Sandy Ennis, nurses, staff and clergy at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home for their special care and kindness shown to mom. Visitation will be held at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday and Tuesday from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral mass will take place on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. from Mary Queen of Peace Parish, Torbay Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or a donation may be made in her memory to the Newfoundland and Labrador Lung Association.
