Passed away unexpectedly, but with his family present at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday July 29, 2011, Bert Harris of Victoria (formerly New Melbourne) age 80 years. Predeceased by his parents and brothers William and Chesley and sister Beatrice. He will be remembered with love by his wife of 60 years Madeline, children Paul (Tania), Alvin (Elaine), Kevin (Lillian) Debra (Jeff) and Glenn. 16 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Sisters Marjorie, Lucy and Alma (George). Resting at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Sunday and Monday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday 10 a.m. - 12 noon.
