BAINES, BETTE (ELIZABETH) EDNA - It is with deepest sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Bette (Elizabeth) Baines on August 3, 2011. Bette was born on July 21, 1947 in Maplehurst, NB to the late Kenneth and Velma Shannon. Bette is survived by her loving partner, Norm Proud; daughters, Seantel Carrier (Greg), Jennifer Lloy (Scott) and Bethany Baines (Ben); eight grandchildren, Abby, Emma, Tori, Brady, Dawson, Jackson, Madison and Evan; two brothers, Doug (Rita) and Everett (Norma); sister, Jackie Devine (Byron) and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. A Private Family Service will take place at a later date.
