Carl Albert Proctor
1948 - 2023
It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden passing of Carl Albert Proctor on June 14, 2023. Devoted husband of Candace, beloved father of Caroline (Shawn) and Jonathan (Joannie), wonderful Poppa to Logan, Hayden, and Owen, loving brother to Joyce (Stanley), uncle to Ben, brother-in- law to Kirk Philipps, and friend to so many in Mystic, Bedford and surrounding areas.
Carl will be remembered for his sense of humour, patience, kindness, and passion for music.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no formal services but a private celebration of Carl’s life will take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to the SPA des cantons (spadescantons.com) would be gratefully appreciated as Carl never met a dog or a cat he didn’t immediately like.
