We, the family of the late Catherine “Kaye” Howie wish to express our sincere and heartfelt thanks to our many friends, relatives, neighbours, and co-workers. For the support and kindness they have shown us during this difficult time. To those who brought food to our home, called, sent flowers, donations in mom’s name, on-line condolences, prayers, and sympathy cards. Your kindness will never be forgotten. A very special Thank You to Father Patrick O’Neil and Father Norman MacPhee for a wonderful service celebrating Mom’s life. To Suzanne, Joan, and Gwen your music was so comforting to us all. To Father John MacIntyre we would like to thank you for your prayers and visits. We would like to also thank the Doctors, nurses and clerical staff of the Palliative Care An Cala Unit. The sensitivity and support of your fine staff helped us through what was a very difficult time, and we will never forget your kindness. Thank you to the VON for your special and caring home visits. We would also like to thank the ladies at St. Johns parish hall for a beautiful luncheon. To John and the staff at McLellan Brothers Funeral Home we will never forget the kindness and compassion you showed toward our family.
