CORMIER, ALDÉRICE - 1943 - 2011 - Aldérice Cormier, 68 of Sainte-Marie de Kent passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, at the Dr Georges L Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011. Born in Saint-Paul on March 29th, 1943 he was the son of Hermine (Richard) Cormier-Daigle of Saint-Antoine and the late Arthur O Cormier (1996). Aldérice was a founding member of Bouctouche Gun Club, and a member of the Acadian Van Club. Aldérice will be sadly missed by his mother; his two daughters, Jeannine Hébert (Ronald) and Denise LeBlanc (Emile) of Bouctouche and two step-sons, Jacques Mallais (Jennifer) and Guillaume Mallais (Natasha) of Moncton; his three grandchildren Luc, Rémi and Rachelle and four step grandchildren, Sophie, Dylan, Derrick and Briona. He also leaves to mourn six sisters, Andréa LeBlanc (Emery) and Rosalice LeBlanc (Louis) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Huberte Roy and Diana Cormier of Moncton, Viola Cormier of Riverview, Annette
Gallagher (Billy) of Canaan Station; his two brothers, Félix and Euclide (Marie-Reine) of Saint-Paul, a special uncle Clarence Richard of Moncton, and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by one brother Oscar in 1978.

Funeral Home, 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche on Monday August 8th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Paul Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Paul on Tuesday August 9th, 2011 at 4:00 pm with internment in the parish cemetery. In Aldérice's memory donations can be made to the Dr Georges L Dumont hospital foundation.
