Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park Nursing Home on Sunday, September 27, 2009, in her 94th year. Predeceased by her husband James (Parker & Monroe), parents Joseph and Bridget, brothers Ern, William, Frank and one sister Kay Pittman. Left with fond and loving memories, her brother Joseph (Ottawa) and a large number of dedicated nieces, nephews and her good friends in St. John’s, Ottawa and the U.S. Marg’s spirit of sincerity and kindness endeared her to all she met. Her kitchen door was always open to welcome family and friends who enjoyed her chats along with a hot cup of tea. Her bright smile and sunny disposition will be missed by all. A special thanks to the staff of the Dialysis Unit, Waterford Hospital and the 3rd Floor staff at Chancellor Park. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, September 30, at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick’s Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to St. Patrick’s Church Building Fund.
