JOHNSON, ELSIE MAE - Elsie M. Johnson of Canterbury, NB passed away August 8, 2011 at the home of sister Elaine. Born at Canterbury, NB in 1932, she was a daughter of the late David and Glenna (Lutwick) Johnson. Elsie graduated from Canterbury High School and later from the Saint John General Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 and worked in hospitals in Ontario, Alberta and Saint John, NB. Elsie was the most caring and loving person you could ever meet. She would and did everything humanly possible to help people. Family, friends and doing work for God was very important in her life. Elsie is survived by two sisters, Elaine and Ellen; two brothers, Curtis (Sharon) and Sheldon (Sheila).
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
