KYNOCK, Dolores Arlene (Hatfield) — 72, Three Mile Plains, Hants County, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011, in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor surrounded by her loving family. Born in Windsor, she was a daughter of the late Lewis Albert Lindsay and Freda Meretta Pearl (Patterson) Hatfield. Dolores lived in Three Mile Plains all of her life. She worked as a CNA for all of her professional life at Payzant Community Hospital and Hants Community Hospital, working several years on the Pediatrics unit. She attended Windsor United Church, and was a tireless volunteer for the Three Mile Plains Community Hall and the Canadian Cancer Society. Dolores also participated in the Relay for Life. She is survived by daughter, Debra (John) Legge, Rothesay N.B.; sons, Martin (Irma), Windsor; Eugene (Deanna), Three Mile Plains; Randy (Kelley), Mantua; grandchildren, Kristin (Ben) and Karin (Charles) Kynock, Calgary; Kevin Kynock, Windsor; Josh Seaboyer, Three Mile Plains; Wayne and Caitlin Kynock, Mantua; Payton Legge, Mount Uniacke; and great-grandchildren, Karissa and Deshawn; sisters, Bernice (Stephen), Windsor; Carlotta, Windsor. Besides her parents, Dolores was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Glendon Russell Kynock (2010); infant daughter, Margaret Marlene (Vancouver, B.C.); brother, Elmer Blair. Arrangements for cremation were entrusted to Lohnes-DeMont Funeral and Cremation Service, 419 Albert St., PO Box 981, Windsor, NS, B0N 2T0 (902-798-8317), where the family received visitors Monday, July 25, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, in Lohnes-DeMont Funeral Service Chapel, Rev. Bill Gibson officiating. Private family interment was held in Maplewood Cemetery, Windsor, with a reception to follow in the funeral home's Elmcroft Reception Centre.
