SAANICHTON, BC – Allie Stanley Harris, age 71, passed away at his home in Saanichton, BC, on August 7, 2011.
He was the son of the late Allan and Margaret Harris, Stellarton, NS.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ruth (nee Langille) Harris, formerly of Caribou, NS; children: Glenda (Mike) Kirk, Jeff Harris and Sherry Harris; grandchildren: Josh, Autumn and Sophia; siblings: Bernard (Lil) DeYoung, Doreen (Parker) Sharpe, Barbara (Wilfred) MacKay, James (Betty) DeYoung, Sandy DeYoung, Shirley (Dave) MacPherson, Marie (Warren) Royles, Ronnie (Margie) Harris, Judy Sinclair, Wayne Harris, Bryce (Sissy) Harris, Donnie Harris; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by siblings: Frank DeYoung, Peggy Charmon and Susan Hebert.
