Passed away on August 12, 2011 Major Grace Williams, aged 89 years. Predeceased by her husband Major Phillip William, brother Raymond Burkett and sisters-in law Eileen Burkett and Colleen Burkett. Left to mourn sister Audrey (Robert Kost) of Medicine Hat, Alberta; brother Harold Burkett of Oakville, Ontario, as well as a large circle of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday August 13, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. and Sunday August 14, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from the Salvation Army Temple, Torbay Road on Monday at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road.
