Passed peacefully away after a short battle with cancer on Friday, August 12, 2011, age 65 years. Predeceased by her father Albert (Alec) Howell (1988); one brother David and one sister Helen. Leaving to mourn her loving husband and soul mate Dave; her precious son David (Nickie); two beautiful daughters: Samantha Mathewson (Eric) and Ursula Barnes (Chris); her loving mother Helen Howell (nee Morrissey); six grandchildren: Megan, Melissa and Zachary Mathewson, Kayla and Erika Rudicil and Jasmine Barnes; seven brothers: Alec Howell (Sandy); special brother and sister–in–law Wayne (Gail), Frank (Annie), Dennis (Olive), Jimmy (Anna), Gary (Joanne), Darren (Renee); six sisters: Gwen Williams (Dave), Patsy Beaudry (Gerald), Margaret Howell (Joe), Sherry Lewis (Herbert), Kathy Hunt (Kevin), Cynthia Jackman (William); special nephew and godson Darryl Howell and dear uncle Frank Morrissey; also one brother–in–law Ed (Juanita); special friends Shirley Furey and Ralph Fisher (Marion Fisher – deceased) and Mark Boily. Also a large circle of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Sunday, August 14th, and Monday, August 15th from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, August 16th, at 9:30 a.m. from Corpus Christi Church, Waterford Bridge Road. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
