TOBIN, Bernadette (nee Rose) - Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on Saturday, November 29th, 2008, Bernadette Tobin age 86 years. Predeceased by her husband William and a number of brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son: Paul (Sylvia); daughter: Maureen; two grandchildren: Kimberley and Nicholas; great-grandchildren: Devin, Shayla and Gabrielle; sister: Nellie Lawlor; sisters-in-law: Margaret Bishop (Robert) and Gertrude Pyne; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. from The Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Interment to follow at Belvedere Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Lung Association of Newfoundland and Labrador or a charity of one’s choice.
