Following a courageous battle with cancer on August 14, 2011, Heather Lane Knudson (nee MacKenzie), of Belle River, age 63 years.
Loving wife of Eric, mother of Leah Young, grandmother of Fiona and Seamus. Daughter of the late Malcolm MacKenzie and Elizabeth Stewart.
Among her many endeavours, Heather was a noted artist and herbalist, with a degree in Fine Arts from Mass. Clg of Arts.
Funeral service to be held at Wood Islands Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, August 17, 2011, where memorials may be given if desired. Interment in the Wood Island's Cemetery.
