On Sunday, August 14th, 2011, mother was welcomed home to the kingdom of her Lord. Beloved wife of the late Alfred “Fred” Adams (2010) and dear mother of Eric, Bill (Jane), Beth, Rob (Janet) and Ron and loving grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother, Terry (Lillian); sister, Marianne; nieces, Patti and Traci; sister-in-law, Kay and caregiver Dianne Munroe. Betty was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1923 and was the eldest daughter of William and Sara Woods. Betty came to Canada with her parents in 1926. She moved to Moose Jaw where she met her husband, Fred. Mom and Dad also enjoyed their time spent at their Regina Beach home. Mother was an active and faithful member of her Anglican faith community. A Funeral Service to celebrate Betty’s memory will be held on Wednesday, August 17th, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home.
