August 4, 1979 – September 28, 2009. Mr. Gerald Ford of Provost, Alberta (formerly of St. John’s, Newfoundland) passed away suddenly on Monday, September 28, 2009 near Amisk, Alberta. Gerald leaves to mourn his wife Rhea (Toronyi), daughter Cheyenne (age 5), two sons Ryan (age 3), and Nate (11 months); his mother & father Mary and Gerald Ford of Ontario; his sister Angie and niece Julia. He will be sadly missed by his parents-in-law Sandra & Peter Young; brother-in-law Ryan Toronyi; sisters-in-law Rebecca Young and Samantha Young; many close relatives & very good friends.
Vigil Services will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2009, 7:30 p.m. and Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009, 10:00 a.m., both being held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Provost, Alberta with Fr. Joselito Empleo Cantal officiating.
