Passed peacefully away at the Leonard A. Miller Centre on Sunday, August 14, 2011, in her 73rd year, of Bell Island. Predeceased by her husband Bill in 1994, granddaughter Darlene and great-granddaughter Morgan. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories her children: Linda Butler (Sonny), Patrick (Dedie), Wayne (Linda), and Diane Lahey (Rodney); grandchildren: Sherry (Paul), Kim (Leo), Wally (Brittney), Ashley (Wally), Jessica, Amanda (Raymond), Tim (Kim), Jennifer (Andrew), and Rodney Jr.; and precious great-grandchildren: Claire, Colby, Rielly, and Kendra. Also sisters and brothers and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home. Visitation to take place on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral to take place Wednesday, August 17th. at 2 p.m. at St. Michael's Church. Interment to follow at the R.C. Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
