CAISSIE, BEATRICE - 1927 - 2011 - The death of Beatrice Caissie of Villa Providence Shediac occurred on August 16, 2011. Born in Moncton on July 4, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Firmin and Lodianne (Leger) Pitre. She is survived by three daughters; Diane Gallant (Raymond) of Dieppe, Lillianne Vautour (Daniel) of Shediac and Mona Caissie of Shediac, three sons; Roger (Julie) of Dartmouth NS, Bernard (Debbie) of Moncton and Guy (Heather) of Drum Heller AB. She will be greatly missed by four grandchildren, Marc, Tania, Richard and Mattieu as well as four great grandchildren, Stephen, Cody, Mason and Caleb. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Elizabeth (Normand) Despres, two brothers; Leo (Germaine) Pitre and Donald Pitre. Besides her parents, Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Yvon (April 2011), daughter Noella and one brother Camille Pitre.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph RC Church, Shediac on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 10:30 am followed by a reception at the Pastoral Center.
