SQUIRES, Ruben – Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Sunday, November 30, 2008, Ruben Squires of Shea Heights, aged 65 years. Predeceased by his wife Josephine, brothers Roy and Ray; twin sister Alfreda. Leaving to mourn sons Ruben Jr. (Michele) and Fred (Margaret); and only daughter Debbie. Also leaving to mourn his two precious grand kids, who he loved and adored so much, Cameron and Samantha; also, brother George and wife Diane; special friends Kevin Hipditch, Jim Kennedy and Beverley Martin; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2008 from St. Peter’s on the Rock, Shea Heights. Cremation to follow. Internment 2 p.m. Friday, December 5, 2008 from Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
