Passed peacefully away at his home on Aug. 16th., 2011. Predeceased by his loving wife Mary (nee Cousins), parents Stephan and Gertrude, also brothers Michael, Edward, Stephan and James. Leaving to mourn Stan (Bualah), Colin, Walter (Ros), Steven (Lucy), Glen (Rose), George (Geraldine), Josephine (Peter), Maude (Derrick), Kyran, as well as 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Also leaving behind three brothers: George (Doris), Tom (Kathleen), Vincent (Eileen) and three sisters: Mary Belanger (Phillip). Maudie Whelan, Sally Kelly (Lawrence), many family and friends and special friends and caretakers Tony and Annette. Resting at Pendergast’s Funeral Home , Bell Island on Thurs, Aug. 18th. and Fri., Aug. 19th. from 2 to 4 , and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral to take place on Sat., Aug. 20th. at 11 am at St. Michael's Church. Interment to follow at R.C. Cemetery.
