Passed away suddenly on Friday, August 19th, 2011, at age 76. Predeceased by his loving wife Shirley (nee Comerford) 1995; parents Daniel and Emaline; and sister May. Leaving to mourn a very special long time partner, Inez Johnston; children: Daryl (Lab City), Glenn (Tracey) Trenton ON, Linda (David) Kelligrews, Craig (Brenda) Ottawa ON, Joann (Steve) Sudbury ON; grandchildren: Joshua, Victoria, Alyssa, Danielle, Leah, Christopher, Michael, Emma, and Benjamin; brothers: Eric (Sharon), Danny (Lucy), Gerry (Regina), Doug (Diane); sisters: Jean and Lorraine and their families; Johnston family members; Bob (Gloria), Debbie (Charlie), Doug (Shelia), and their children; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mount Pearl, on Wednesday & Thursday, August 24th & 25th, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service from Barrett's Chapel on Friday, August 26th at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Edward's Cemetery, Kelligrews.
